If you drive impaired you're either very stupid, Like went to school in the short bus with tinted windows stupid, or you're incredibly narcissistic, thinking that your actions will in no way affect anyone else on the road. most research on pot is biased. those of you who are flaming this guy and have never actually been high, bug off. dont beleive what you see on those idiotic commercials. (i think the one with the pool and the kid is the best one yet). pot affects people differently. some people can handle driving stoned, some cant. in fact, drivers under the influence of marijuana exhibit driving behaviors that include more attentive driving, slower speeds and further distance between other vehicles on the roadwayheres a good link if you want a biased opinionhttp://www.theantidrug.com/news/dd_phatom.asp
Scorch, are you from WV as well? I dont give a **** if pot affects people differently, you should NOT drive when under the influence of it. I have seen my friends high and not a single one of them could make it down a flight of stairs unassisted. That's not a good thing and I KNOW I wouldn't trust them to drive. Please, do the world a favor and try to hit each other next time your out driving high.

I love how pot heads are always trying to rationalize themselves. and that whole bit about being more attentive, slower speeds and farther distances from vehicles can be explained easily.
First the pot head so blazed, the car's tail lights ahead of him are so interesting and funny he can't help but stare at them and do that little pot head giggle. The colorful lights now have his attention. After staring at them with that empty dumb gaze he begins to realize they look kinda like evil eyes staring right back at him, freaking him out. This causes him to slow down and keep a safer distance because at any moment the boggy monster will jump out and eat him.... speaking of eating the pot head is now hungry and sees a 7-11. Distraced by his hunger the pot head misses the NICO member's 240 and rear ends him. The NICO member proceeds to walk over to the pot head's car and ask what happened , when the pot head responds, "Twinkie", the NICO member then punches the pot head in the throat, killing him.
Not a true story, but it could be. Don't be a fool.
