what exactely needs to be accomplished as far as lining up the driveshaft and flywheel when installing a separate engine and separate transmission. whats the procedure for this?

alright i understand that the tranmission driveshaft connection is blind. i could only assume the flywheel clutch is too. what im wondering is why you even need to mark the driveshat at all. Is there any sort of balancing issues. i know these are stupid questions but id like to eliminate any doubt about how everything should be mounted and reconnected.

you only need to mark the driveshaft to diff mount.

although if your dropping a 5.6L titan motor and trans in it you MIGHT have some issues..lol
