Ok, my driveshaft bearing is dead. Anyone have advice, suggestions or any help in dealing with this issue?

Nissan makes some wonderful new replacement drive shafts with bearings.

You might be able to fit a 94-96 with fewer miles from a junkyard but exposure is exposure. TCS, actives vs non TCS are different lengths.

The 90-93 design is not available as a replacement part, replacements are all like the 94-96 design (which is better).Getting a 90-93 design drive shaft from the junkyard is a waste of time and effort, IMO. Me, I bought a new one from Scottsdale for my '92 Q - it only had about 170K on it then.

Used or just old out of balance shafts can cause wear of differential input bearing and and tail shaft bearing and seal on transmission. Vey few people in US can rebalance an oem drive shaft due to core foam interior.

Why brand new is always the best bet and replace tail shaft seal on AT at same time, also replace 4 rubber bushing mounting diff.

Might as well do it right the first time if you care about longevity beyond a year.
