Driveshaft question? Auto to manual

I've searched and searched but could not come up with adequate information.

Is the automatic non abs driveshaft shorter or longer than the 5spd version? By how much, so I can get mine shortened correctly.

I appreciate any and all help that i can recieve from you guys.

Why are you comparing two driveshafts that won't work with the other transmission?

yeah... i did more research (took a lot of digging) but now i know that the auto transmission can't be used at all. thanks a lot for replying
