what are the lengths of the 89-90 auto and manual, 91-94 auto and manual and 95-98 auto and manual driveshafts.

the reason i ask is because i have a 90 240 and i swapped in a 96 ka/transmission and the transmission is about an inch or two shorter than the sohc's transmission. thanks.

abs/hicas are one in the same(they came on the same cars as a package). The main difference is in the rear end. For your application you just need a manual transmission driveshaft from a 91-94 car and it will bolt up(unless your running an abs/vlsd rear end).

If you really want me too I can go measure my auto/ABS s13 driveshaft for you. It's just laying on the floor of my garage.

the automatic driveshaft is shorter than the M/T driveshaft so that could be the problem

it fits and works. ive been drving it around. it just that its about an inch too short, so it drips fluid, but very very little, very very slowly.
