I searched and found a thread from about a year ago but in was inconclusive.

My rubber support bushing is completely shot. I have a 1998 4x4 4 cyl king cab frontier. Anyone know if I can use a d21 unit? They are much cheaper. For a 86-94 it looks identical to mine. Also, one website sells Timken bearing HB6 for my truck (the RWD version). Timken website cross lists this with Beck Arnley PN 1014247 which is for the d21 and looks like mine. But then another site lists this for the d21 RWD and lists the HB13 for a 4wd which is cross listed as numerous Nissan parts. This is all very confusing. Has anyone actually used one of these bearings on a 4x4 4cyl frontier? Thanks

Also I heard the 2001+ king cab has a one piece driveshaft. Do I use the RWD or 4x4 version? The new part specifically for my truck is $300 but the d21 bearing is $40 and up and appears to be the same. But if I have to pay $300 I would rather have a 1 piece.
