driverside side markers not working

Ive had my 240 for over a yr now and i never noticed the side markers lit when the lights were on. I thought they were just reflectors. After talking to a friend about side markers and I showed him mine, i realized that only the right side(passenger) front and rear side markers work. The left side markers remain off.

What could cause this? is there seperate fuses for both sides or for individual side markers or could it be that BOTH lights on the driverside sidemarkers are burnt out? Thanks for the help.

My money is on burnt out bulbs.

my bet is a squirrel chewed off the wire.

ok ill look into the condition of the wires and then replace the bulbs if it is still not solved.

You might want to also check the conector for both lights.iIf the contacts are coroded or something like that, you might want to sand them a little and put some contact grease in there.
