Drivers side rear caliper seized!!

I have a 92 nissan 240sx, auto w/173K

I went snow drifting, then the e-brake didn't realese right. Drove another 1/4 mile playing with the e-brake, then got out. Only the drivers side rotor was red hot and locked up. I tightened it a week ago so 1-2 clicks locks the tires up. Eventually i got pissed off and drove my car home 1 mile and half way there it unseized. What is wrong?

Is the caliper seized or is the e-brake cable messed up?

untighten it alittle and then try it.
