The assembly was damaged when I purchased my path. The light worked, stopped working before I replaced it, and I thought it was a bulb issue. New assembly new bulb, still no working fog lights.

Any ideas?

Welcome to NICO!

Open the hood with the ignition on and try to turn on the fog lights. Do you hear a relay click? If not, try temporarily swapping the fog light relay with the A/C relay and retest. Also check for a fog light fuse behind the coil tray.

Yes I hear a clicking. What's that mean?

The relay clicking means the fog light fuse & relay are both operational. There is a problem in the wiring between the relay and the fog lights, or a burnt out bulb. Test for voltage at the fog lamp harnesses using a voltmeter.
