Drivers side door will not open

It got pretty cold here in the last couple of days and not my drivers side door will not open. It started working and now it will not open at all. Any suggestions? I sprayed it with some lithium grease when I could get it open and now it is stuck.

Ohh and she has 198K. I know it might nave something to do with it.

what does that handle feel like when you pull on it.. does it feel like there is nothing attached to it or can you feel the door mechanism. what kind of vehicle is is? i had the same problem with mt 97 pathfinder both the back doors wouldnt open, turned out to be the arm popped out.. hope this helps
