During this recent heat wave, noticed that I haven't been getting really cool a/c coming out of my vents. Chalked it up to how hot it's been (90f+), but just noticed today that the a/c coming out of the passenger side is noticeably cooler than what is coming from the drivers side...don't have specific figures, but it is by a number of degrees cooler. Closed the passenger vents (and backseat) but the drivers' side doesn't get any better. Tried between dual and single control, again, no difference. Toggled between recirc on/off, same result.

Anyone ever run into this?

There's a bulletin about it, ITB16-037c. The link arm for the driver's mix door needs to be replaced with a redesigned version. The job is awkward but not tough, no need to remove the dash.

That was my knee-jerk response. Blend door isn't functioning properly.
