Hi all.Does anyone have any info on the removal and replacement of the drivers seat arm rest? Does it even separate? Oh yeah, the car's a '91 Q.Thanks in advance.Harold

It does come out. I believe you have to remove the back cover of the seat, then there's a way to get it out for reupholstering.

Some old threads cover the topic, as well as a page in the FSM.

Thanks, I did a search through recent and through archives and found nothing. But if the FSM has it that's great!

Don't think anyone has posted a step by step how to, but it's in the FSM BF36.

Thanks for the thread. I guess I used the wrong key words (I put in arm and rest as two separate words instead of just one) Now after seeing my error I have done a search and found a couple of hits.
