drivers brake out when lights are on

hey guys ive got a 93 vert and im having some funky wiring problems seeing if someone has come across this problem because i haven't, and this is my 4th one. when i step on the brakes the driver side running light and brake light turn on, while only the pass side brake light turns on. Now when the lights are on both running lights are on, my left turn arrow is slightly illuminated on my gauge cluster(sometimes it is sometimes it isnt). and when i step on the brakes with the lights on, the left turn signal illuminates hard in the cluster and the actual light in my rear turn signal, but the brake does not illuminate, and the running light goes out. so basically with the lights on my turn signal is working as my brake light on the drivers side. there is an aftermarket alarm (python) installed and i have a feeling it has something to do with this. Any help would be appreciated. I know electrical, just figured someone would just have a starting point for me. thanks
it seems to be only the driver side that has a problem.

had similar problems its def a ground.

i had to take out both tail lights and scrub all the ground connections on those as they got the slightest bit corroded and did not ground properly.

there's 4 ground on each side
