I have a 2011 G37 vert.

My driver side automatic window isn't working. Also, when you open and close the door the window automatically moves up and down about a 1/4 inch but that too doesn't work, so the window just keeps going down incrementally if I open and close the door but never up.

I read elsewhere something about holding down the driver and passenger front window switches in the down position for 15 seconds. This did not work. I'm confused about what's going on because I haven't had the car to the dealership/or had anyone mess with the engine/electrical, haven't messed with it, and there is no water damage that I know of. Whats going on here?
