Driver side won't control any of the car windows

This post is pretty straight forward. I have a 2001 Qx4, and the driver side window control just (all of the sudden) stopped working.

I can't roll down any of the windows in the car from the drivers side (obviously including the drivers side window). Does this sound like a motor issue. Do connections in the motor need to be cleaned?

I remember in my old 1992 Toyota 4runner the connections would get dirty, and would just need a little scrub. Has anyone heard of this with Qx4's?

In addition, is there an easy way to access the motor. The driver door panel looks extremely protected, and the motor looks difficult to access.

If none of them work, it likely isn't a motor issue. Not to sound insulting, but are you sure the window lock button isn't pressed?

It's dead easy, if it's like my '02 Pathy.All you need is a flat blade screw driver.Just pry up the switch pad assembly with the screwdriver, and it should pop up.My son's Subaru had the same problem BTW, and it was a loose wire in the harness at the switch pad. Therefore no power. Took 5 minutes to fix.Let's hope yours will be that easy. Good luck.

I tried to access it and I didn't get the piece to pop up. Does anyone have a link to a manual or diagram on how to access the switches.

Alright... I was actually trying to yank up the wood. (idiot )

Finally when i got the switch up, one of the connectors wasn't plugged in... must have just fell out over time. Plugged it back in. Everything works fine.

No money spent. Sweeeeeet!
