Driver side Window

I have a 2003 QX4 and am having problems with the driver side front window. The window goes up and down very slowly. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on a solution.

I'm guessing it's probably just dirty or gummed up window tracks.Try wetting them with a little water first, just to see if the window speeds up.If that helps, then you need to lubricate the tracks with some sort of silicone spray.
