Driver side window relay has a bad connection. Need some tips.

My driver side window stopped working a few weeks ago. So i took off the door panel and fiddled with the connector on the relay. If I held it in tight, the window worked fine. But on it's own the connection isn't working.

Could this be a sign of the relay going bad, or should I just rig the connection with a zip tie.
