Driver Side Strut Actuator: 99 Q45T

Hi,
Unlike the passenger side, the driver's side strut actuator keeps popping loose after several days of being in place. As you know, the actuator is pressed on and turned into place. This allows the clips on actuator to be positioned to two metal protrusions that slide between the clips. Still, the actuator keeps coming off after several days and the clips appear undisturbed. Meaning, they're not being pulled away from actuator. I should mention it's not becoming unplugged. The actuator is just coming off. Also, driver side strut performs as it should. No suspension warning lights have ever been activated. There is only a little noise from strut area, when actuator comes off. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.
