Mine does, and it doesn't have memory seats (05). You have to have your parking brake engaged for the seat to return. The seat cannot be down though...has to be folded up.

Mine is an auto... I dont have memory seats...What do you mean the seat cant be "down" do you mean leaning the seat back al the way? of folded up? If the seat is folded up, how do you make it so it goes back down?

saying it was a safety feature was what someone told me...i think it might have been another tech in the shop... but this is how you properly do it. fold the seat up and push that little button to make it move forward, after its done...u have to leave the seat folded up and push the button again and it should go back

Where is this button at?On the drives seat I dont see where a button is location at?When I pull the lever up on the side of the seat it just moves foward, the only way to get it to return to position to push the button on the backward on the side of the seat by the other controls...Is there another button anywhere?

There is a button on the back of the seat below the other seat fold lever. I tested it on my 05 coupe today, and as long as the parking brake is engaged the seat will return to the original position when the button is pressed.

So you are saying you have to hit this button... I looked for it... I dont think I have it... Can you post up a pick for me...The other thing I was thinking is why do I have to hit this damn button, because the passeneger seat does it on its own.

The back of your seat should have a lever that when you pull it up, the seat folds forward. If you don't have this lever, then you're SOL. I don't know if it was added to newer model years.

Could someone with an 03 coupe verify that there is or isn't a seat assist lever on the back of the front seats?

SOL = Sh** out of luck

If 03's have the lever, then I'm sure the little button is also present....press it...

I dont have this damn lever.I use the lever on the side of the seat like if you are sitting in the seat & you want the seat to recline. There is not lever on the back on my drivers seat... on a lever on the back of my passenger seat....So I guess Im SOL?

The only buttons I have isRecline Lever: On left side of seat.3 Buttons: Top rt side of seat (next to shifter)Pull cord on back right corner of seat...

Is there another lever or button I am missing?
