I recently purchased me a 2011 Nissan Maxima Sv off of an auction. It was mashed on the left rear quarter panel and also caught a hit of the door. To repair it I had to replace the door, quarter panel and other stuff. I got a used door but the window switch isn't allowing me to go up or down. The speaker and light on the door works but the window switch isn't. I think it's because the door I got was off of a regular maxima s and the one I have is a sv with the auto back windows and the car isn't recognizing it or something :/

Can someone please help me with this crisis?? Thanks in advance! ;)

Maybe the child restraining lock is on ?
You can take the switch from the right door and move it to the left door and see if it will go up or down maybe

The switch and harness from the right door is totally different from the left. I think because if the left door does have the automatic up feature like the right, the car isn't recognizing the switch cashing it not to work.

Try using a voltmeter / multimeter to see if power is coming to the switch
Then use the multimeter to check the resistance of the switch
