Driver side rear door repair

Hi, I have a ding in my driver side rear door that I want to repair. It's minor so I think all I need to do is to give it a good push from the inside. Can anyone please tell me how I can remove the internal door trim to access the door surface and how I can put it all back in place once I'm done. I'm a complete novice at this and will really appreciate some help.

Just call a paintless dent removal company. In most cases, they will drive to you and get it done quickly; without removing the interior panels. I know a local guy who got a few different dings taken care of for around $50.
