Ok members, I need your help or knowledge on this problem. I was away for 2 months getting my car repainted, when my driver side window crapped out on me. I bought a new motor to try to fix the problem, but that did not solve the issue. The window would roll down but not back up. So, i bought a new switch. The body shop installed the new switch today and still did the same problem. Window would roll down but not back up. Now, when the motor is powered straight to a car battery the window worked well ,so apparently no power is being delivered to the motor to roll it back up.

Any words of advice of those who have experienced a similar problem?

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Not under warranty? Did you try the reset switch on the motor? Have you tried the auto up/down reset?

Is it a salvaged title?? If so, there could be some damage to the wiring...Have them trace the circuit.
