driver side head light and turn signal not working at all

so my driver side headlight and turn signals do not work at all not even on high beam i have checked alot of things... there is power at the fuse but no power coming out when the connector goes to the buld... any suggestions... i was thinking of pullin the fuse box and checking all the wiring leading to the head light... is there any other way around this... i think the wiring goes underneath the radiator support frame.... any ways any ideas or comments welcome thanks guys!!!!!!!

you need 12v positive and 12v negative(ground) for light to work. which are you missing? one probe on chasis ground and other probe on connector, if you get 12volts, you know you have 12v positve. do same thing with probe on postive terminal of battery, and see if there is ground in the connector. you have to do this logically. you cant follow wires around because it is too complex.
