Driver side door lock

My driver side door lock cylinder broke, so I have had to get in through the passenger side for the past month ... I have checked all the junk yards around here and there are no S13s anymore, someone bought all of them about 2 months ago. So my question is, does anyone know if you can use a door lock from another model nissan, and use it in an s13? I really dont want to spend 100 bucks to get it from the dealer.

the sentra one will work but you have to swap over a few parts

I would personally get one from the dealer because it's probably one of the most used items on the car. Unless you have keyless entry, you use it EVERYTIME you get in/out your car.

Plus, it'll be brand new. No worrying about used garbage.

i got my sentra one from autozone for 25 and i keeped my key by repining it

i don't see why i have to spend 100 at the dealer
