Driver Side Door Keyless Button Not Working

Today the keyless button on the drivers side door stopped working. I noticed that I had to push it a few times to get it to work last week and today it just won't work. I am calling the dealer tomorrow to schedule it for a warranty repair, but I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them. The warranty is over in April, I'm glad it stopped working before that happened.

Do you have the Intellikey? Have you checked the keyfob battery lately?

I replaced the battery in the key fob a couple weeks ago. I did take it to the dealer yesterday and the darned thing started working. They called and said they couldn't get it to malfunction. I picked up the car and, sure enough, it has worked everytime. Maybe the button was stuck or something. I hate intermittent problems like this, they always seem to start working at the wrong time.

Just an update. Yesterday the door lock on the drivers side stopped working again. I took it to the dealer without an appointment and had them check it out. Luckily the problem was still present, they went around the car and tested all the buttons and only the drivers side would not work. They are ordering me another door handle with the pushbutton. I told them that the car was 1 month out of warranty and they said not to worry about it, they would do it anyway since I had reported the problem during the warranty period.
