driver seat

when I hit the keyless entry button on the outside of the driver's door to unlock the car, the driver seat will FIRST begin to move forward as if it is getting in position to drive, then stop suddenly and shift to the entrance position (steering wheel up and seat back). It appears quite spastic. Is this normal?thanks!

Sounds like a memory preset position.
