Driver Seat leaning toward center console

I have a 2010 EX35 and it is leaning toward the center console only when raise the height of the seat. If the seat is lowered or half height, it is fine. Once I raise to near max height the seat leans bad. So much so that it is difficult to open the center console. I removed the seat and the tracks appear to be even and level (even put a level on it). the rest of the adjustments work fine. It is only the height. Any suggestions? Nothing appears to be bent or broken or disengaged.
