Tried searching a ton of alignment threads and steering threads to no avail. I've got a 91 s13. As of right now I can turn full lock to the right and there is no rubbing, but when I turn full lock to the left, the steering wheel goes an extra 1/4 turn ad the driver's tire rubs on the frame of the car. I thought maybe it had something to do with sloppy ball joints. I just did the Energy suspension bushings in the front, but those dont change alignment. The only thing that would change alignment would be the Tein Tie rods I just put in. I'm guessing I didn't measure the stock ones properly and put the Tein one in with bad specs.

I want to take it to an alignment shop but I wanted to make sure they would be able to fix the problem.

im at the alignment shop right now. I checked the tie rods and I really dropped the ball putting them on. One side was 10mm off (7 threads) So it wasn't even close. I'm having them set everything so hoepfully that takes care of it. I'll post back and let everyone know what happens.

EDIT:alignment is done and tire still rubs, but while I was there the tech and I noticed that the steering rack was off about a 1/4 turn. the steering wheel is centered, but the tie rod on one side has 3/4 of an inch more thread showing which he said would be fixed by turning the wheel about 1/4 turn to the left while it was disconnected from the rack. I'll try that and hopefully it will solve the problem. The bigger problem is that the wheels im using aren't mine and they are wider than I will eventually use. That will also help when I get the right size wheels
