Driver's Side Door Not Opening - 2012 g37x

Hi - I found out I was unable to open my driver side door (after I parked) this morning. The other doors work fine. I can manually push the inner lock/unlock lever. Also, it responds to pushing the lock/unlock master switch and also on the key fob. But the door still won't open.

Is this something I would need to take to an Infiniti dealer to fix or can any auto mechanic do it? I'm not under warranty which is why I'm asking.
