driver's side door doesn't move

As the subject states, my driver's side door won't move sometimes. However sometimes, when I like wiggle the panel or hit it a few times it starts working fine, help!

Also, when driving and if i put my foot on the clutch too quickly my whole car shakes.

HELP PLEASE!
