driver's seat recline

I have a 1994 q45 and the driver seat adjustments work except for the reline angle of the seat back. What part control's the seat back?

You're not alone, one of the rare problems my '90 has it that one. I'm interested in knowing the solution myself. However, it's stuck in a suitable position for me, So i'm not giving it immediate attention. Just can't sleep in the drivers seat in the employee parking lot during lunch break any more...
