We all know the 240's reputation for handling and I'm sure we all have a couple favorite roads that allow for a more spirited driving experience. Personally, I like Carbon Canyon in Orange County, CA. Its a rather short canyon that has some nice second gear hairpins as well as some fourth gear sweepers. There is even a really tight, descending right that takes all the weight off the back tires. Even my stock S14 can get nice and loose on that. Anyways, if anyone else has any other driver's roads, let us know. Also, any stories (close calls, races etc.) would be great.

oh yeah, for all those in southern california, check out mulhollandraceway.com for tremendous info/maps on local canyons!

I live in Dallas, Texas, all the roads suck. I wish I was in Southern California... If anyone in Dallas, has any ideas, please post them.

Please remain calm, your thread has just been hijacked.(sorry)

dallas ain't all that bad at night. i haven't been there in 5 years probably, but i know at night you can easily go 100 without problems with police on all those interstates. nebraska sucks though. i haven't found anything. it's pretty much just straight road, so everyone drag races.

Central Kentucky, past all paradigms, has great roads. The only problem is that most of the turns are unmarked, so it can be dangerous, but the low hills and backcountry roads provide a vast diversity of driving. Got to look out for the locals though. Think deliverance country :alcoholic

btw, no cops out of the towns...at all. There isn't any need-if you go too fast, you die.
