Help needed my driver's seat in my 97 only moves when the ignition is off. The passenger seat works fine when the car is on and off. My wipers won't work on intermittent all other settings work fine. The switch doesn't seem to be worn or showing any signs of being broken. Are there fuses or relays that could be causing my porblems?

Thanks,
Brian

Your car is more like the 1994-1996 Q45 in that it has a Body Control Module. The good news is the dealer can use a Nissan Consult and tell you in about 1 hour or less what the problem is. Really it might just take 5 minutes to tell you because like the engine in your car, there are malfunction codes.

There are also fuses for those systems (Obviously) you might want to check them because many things are connected to fuses. See the Power distribution diagram in the service manual.

There maybe a way to test the Body Control Module without a Nissan Consult, So take a look at the service manual: Nicoclub.com/FSM.
