Driver's door won't open from the outside
Driver's door won't open from the outside
I have a 2010 Infiniti M35. I cannot open the driver's door from the outside. I can open it from the inside. The lock will lock and unlock manually or with the fob. Any ideas of what is wrong and how I can fix it? THanks!

Check to see if the kiddie lock is engaged.

You will have to take the door panel off. Sounds like some linkage fell apart.
