Has anyone had issues with their driver’s door weather strip coming off? Mine seems to have stretched and now even if I can get it back in place it just comes back out and hangs down. I don’t mind buying a new one if that fixes the problem but I would like to know how to install it so it stays on before I spend the money. I found a post about a Service Bulletin ITB07-034b for this but can’t find the bulletin to see what it says. The online service manual just says “reinstall” which clearly is not enough for my car. Please point me in the right direction!

Are you talking the top of the door? I had tons of issue with it and it was even replaced once by the dealership...I never really looked for a TSB....anyway there is an updated TSB for it and I've uploaded it to the http://www.infinitig37.com website:

Thanks audtatious! That is exactly the info I needed. I had the car at the dealer and they fixed it for $25 while they had the car to flush the coolant system and what they said was the issue matches this TSB perfectly. They missed a spot on a rear door so now I can use this method to fix that loose spot myself rather than take the car back to the dealer. I’m sure the issue will come up again so knowing how to fix it myself will save me a lot of time.

yeah....watch where you put your hand at the top of the doors because it will happen again.
