The driver door armrest leather has cracked. I am trying to find options to get replacement other than buying the entire door panel. Does anyone know where we can get this? Any help or suggestions appreciated.

My arm rest leather is okay but the plastic inside cracked from me pushing on it with my pointy elbow one time trying to get something out from under me that I was sitting on.

I think the only option would be a leather upholstery shop.

In my opinion, going to an upholstery shop is expensive and they never quite get the leathers to match. For the time, effort, and money you'd spend on the project I think you'd be better off just finding a used door panel that is still in decent condition.

Just my opinion once again.

I'd recommend this too. But if you didn't want to get the door panel (as you stated OP), then shop is the only way to go. This isn't something a regular joe shmoe can do himself, me thinks.

If funds allow, buy a used door panel. It allows for the shortest amount of downtime.
Then at your own convenience, take the old panel to get reupholstered with a reinforced armrest if you like.

Bring it home, lay them side by side and determine which of them you like better. Sell the other one or store for a rainy day.

You already know that a new door panel will cost you a bloody fortune. Buying a used door panel on Ebay, etc is the only way to replace that armrest. There are leather rep[air kits available that 'claim' to make it look good as new, but I haven't used them so I can't say. It is also a good idea to reinforce the underside of the armrest as Ed suggests.

If you can find a good auto upholstery shop they will get it almost identical and it will be new material at a cheaper cost. Find a good upholstery shop is tough. There is one in San Antonio called Pena Brothers. Outstanding craftsman. I've had upholstery work done on leather and headliners for personal and company vehicles. Their work looks like factory.

I too have this problem where the drive side armrest has cracked, I thought it was do to the leather care wipes that I've used on them along with always having my elbow on it, theres a reupholster close to my house that was going to charge me $100 th get it redone but I agree that it wont be as good as the original, and I've also been searching online for just the armrest but cant happen to find the drive side one in my interior color, I always find the passenger side one, if anyone comes across the driver side armrest in black it would be greatly appreciated if you send me the link.
