I opened the window. Pried the top of the door panel up and in till I could stick a screwdriver between it and the door. Using a spotlight, I could see inside. I then took a coat hanger and bent the end of it about 1/2 long in a 90*.I was able to get it into the spot(yes it took some time and shaping) where the actuator hooks into the latch. Once it hooked I was able to pull it a few times and the door opened!!!!!!I then unhooked the the connector on the actuator and it locks and unlocks manually and opens. Hope this helps.scottj30 wrote:i have the same problem i cant open my doors i can onlt open the back passenger woundering how to get them open and fix the prob if u could help that be great
No I wasn't just wanting to break something. I wanted to be able to open my drivers door. When I stopped at the stealership, they told me that they had to break the latch to get the door open the replace it. Well I did it without having to break it and replace it. Saving myself $500. Right now, it doesn't work electrically. Because I unhooked it. I'll get the replacement latches and such somewhere sown the road. But for now, I can get in and out normally.DominickJ30 wrote:Sounds like you just want to break something, not fix it.
I honestly have no idea what you are talking about, you have to be more specific here.
