Driver door doesn't open, Actuator maybe? Also AC/Heat rattling

Hello all,

This is the second time the driver door did not open at all, I live in Canada and it is very cold here, any suggestions? Are there internal parts that are frozen? Or is it an actuator? Any suggestions I would be grateful, I did gain some weight since I got married, and have little ones now, and It isn't easy squeezing through the passenger and hoping into the driver seat!

Also there is a rattling sound when the heat or AC is on, please help point me in the right direction!

I've had this happen to me 2-3 times...usually a few hours after a car wash. Other doors are fine. Not sure what it was but after it warms up it's fine...one time I even got in through the passenger side and then turned the heat on blast and gave it 15 minutes and driver side door was fine.

Either it was poorly designed and moisture is getting in somewhere or we have two rare cars with some issue lol.

Not sure about the rattling sound...is it in the engine bay or interior? If interior...blower motor?

I had the doors do the same. I sprayed a little wd-40 thru the keyhole....
