Drive shaft

i was just wondering if it is normal for the drive shaft to fit tight i did a swap and the new transmission i bought had the front of the drive shaft already in the transmission when i put it together drive shaft and transmission it was about an inch sort so i made it fit and it seemed realy tight i dont know if it will work or not the motor isnt running yet Thanks JustinNISMO

IVE SEEN PEOPLE SWAP TO SR20'S AND KEEP THE STOCK DRIVESHAFT AND IT SEEMS TO PERFORM FINE...BUT IF IT BUGGS YOU AND *YOU* DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE THEN GO FIND A DRIVE SHAFT SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR DRIVETRAIN...OTHER THAN THAT IVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE SWAP WITH THE KA DRIVE SHAFT AND THEY SAY ITS FINE...
