Drive shaft phase

Does anyone know how to check for proper phase on the front drive shaft. I have a slight vibration in the speed range from 20 to 50 miles per hour when the switch is in the auto setting or four wheel lock. This came after I replaced my transmission. I am not sure of the position of the driveshaft b/4 r&r of transmission.

Don't believe there is any way to check as it should have been marked before they took it out. My advice would be to rotate it 90* and hope it goes away.
