The quick answer to your question is there should only be one on the front shaft. If the driveshafts were replaced at any point, the rear may have one as well. Do a thorough search of each end of each driveshaft to be safe.
A word of warning about greasing it/them: the general advise that I've heard here is to only add a squeeze or two of grease. The rubber plug popping from too much grease is a bad thing.
