At my last gas fill up, 171.1 miles ago, I reset drive computer 1 to zero and let the car reset the auto refuel computer. I checked today and the auto refuel screen is now 96.8 miles (74.3 miles less) along with the time counter being less. This happened with the previous tank of gas also, doing a reset in the vicinity of 75 miles after the refill.

This is a new 2023 Rogue SV with 1500 total miles.

Are you refueling with the ignition on? That's a no-no. The DTE won't reset and you'll get funky numbers.

I refuel with the engine off. Immediately after re-starting the engine, the computer did reset but did so shortly after starting the drive home from the gas station. The spontaneous reset then happened several days later.

This past week, the auto refuel drive computer reset a second time within 1 tank fill up, so the issue is getting worse.

I had a gen3 in week before last with a similar issue. Nissan TechLine had us do an ECM firmware update and then a hard battery reset. So far so good, the customer says it' seems to be fixed. It's the ECM which calculates the consumption rate and then passes that info to the cluster, so the approach makes sense. Might want to pass that information on to your dealer.
