Drivability problems

Has anyone had this issue with their Q70, A sluggish throttle response, the dealer upgraded the ECM software, the vehicle is all over the place for acceleration , never consistent, most times it has no power at all I have to floor it from a start in order to get it moving and Sport mode is worst than Standard mode. No Codes set. welcome some input

What year is yours. I've had a little bit of an issue but not as bad as you described...I'm more put off by the steering feel. But that probably just because I'm coming from an Audi S6. Altho I don't remember my 2015 Q70S feeling like this...

When was the last time you changed your engine air filters? Also, are you using premium gas?

Just purchased the 2015 in March, the filters look brand new, not Nissan Filters though, as for Gas I only use Premium.
