Has anyone tried these?

The price is right & they have a lifetime warranty against warping.

Make sure you read the fine print on the "lifetime warranty".

The J is a heavy car and most aftermarket brake rotors will warp gaurantee or not. Stick to Nissan OEM or really high end aftermarket like Brembo.

FYI, Brembo rears can be had here:

http://www2.partstrain.com/sto...Nty=1

I just ordered the Raybestos Advanced Technology Rotors from rockauto.com for $17.35 a piece minus a 5% discount, total with shipping was @ $49.00 for 2.

See description here:

http://www.raybestos.com/wps/p...otors

The Raybestos part # is: "RAYBESTOS Part # 96317"... NOT THE ONE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE ENDING WITH AN "R" (that is actually the cheaper grade) .

I called Rockauto & Raybestos (good luck finding the regular long distance phone # & not the $$$ 900 #) to double check. Raybestos' website showed that part # as a solid rotor but the Rep I called at Raybestos said the part # I gave him was for the vented "Advance Technology Rotor". In fact he said that was the best Raybestos rear rotor they made for my J.

On another note, after much googling "drilled rotor advantage" , I believe that good quality solid vented rotors are the way to go, to many mentions of cracking with drilled rotors (unless the rotors are cast with the holes in them). I will be replacing the front rotors with Brembo next month with AKEBONO pads Part # ACT587 {ProACT Ultra Premium Ceramic Pad}.
