I have a 240sx 91 , not much done to it yet, except welded diff, tein adjustable tension rods , coilovers, rear strut braces , slotted rotors , and I am putting in a sr20 right now , have a bigger rad for it and two electric fans also, gutted inside, I been just throwin it out and trying to keep a drift going so far by just clutch kicking it , not really much of a place where I live where you can do it for long periods of time so I am wanting to come to carlise and try my luck there , been into drifting for a few yrs but as I said only as a spectator ha ha , been looking into rocker stoppers, lcas, getting a 5 lug swap, upgrade brakes , front strut, steering rack bushing , and I want a bit more that off top of my head , just wondering if I am going in the right direction or if I need to start looking at getting more for my car , and for some reason is it normal to feel more comfortable throwing it out on a left hand corner for most drivers or is that just a

Sounds like youre well on your way man, post some pics up! for a drift car id start off with rocker stoppers, which you already mentioned, maybe a hydraulic e-brake, and a welded or 2 way diff, good luck to you!

A hydraulic ebrake never thought of it thanks ! And would it be good to go ahead and do a 5 lug swap on the rear or just go ahead for both

I've been drifting for years, and there is one major piece of advice I have for you. Seat time. Seat time, seat time, seat time. Worry less about modding your car and making something crazy. Just get to the track as much as you can. In my opinion, all a basic drift car needs is Welded diff, coilovers, a bucket seat, spare rims, and all the maintenance is up to date. Spend less on mods, and more on practice. If you spend too much money on the car, you cant afford track days or tires. You already have the mods you need, now just get out there and enjoy it.
