US Drift holds events in Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio; but I think it'd be kinda far from where you live. Heres a link to the schedule.

Summit Point Raceway in west virginia. US drift is holding a few events there. But summit point also has there own series held by BSR. This place is great for begginers and pros alike. Its a great place to brush up on techniques and progress on them as well. They have 3 hittable tracks as well as a skidpad. And they also have a main track that is being repaved but i havnt heard any announcements of it being used this season. Usually cost 150 a day to drift at these tracks. More info if u need more then wat i just said lol

There is also Old diminion speedway which is an oval track with an infield located at Manassas, VA. US drift is holding a few events there as well this season. But there is another series holder that throws events there frequently more info at
