YEP! I DID IT. Well not drift more like power slide. it was pretty fun. I recently sold my 350z . I was curious what the V could do. so I rip the E brake and slid. the car is pretty ballanced. I was thinking about a video but then I thought y not buy a 240sx. now looking for 240sx.

Drifting FWD cars is all about weight transfer. What defines drifting is controlling the slide. If it was you just pulling the e-brake and skidding your rear tires, it aint drifting.

Enjoy the rear brake issues you'll have. I'm sure it'll be spectaculair with rear wheel drum brakes

Cool.

I'm not into drifting, but glad your V exceeds your expectations even after having owned a Z. I love how tight and responsive the V is. Whenever I let other people drive, they cannot believe its just conventional electronic power-steering. I haven't pulled the E-brake yet, but maybe I'll find a big parking lot when it snows.

P.S. - Not everyone on this forum is condescending.

... ive drifted my versa over and over and over and... well you get the point... never had a problem with the brakes or anything. i would however suggest tanabe springs. that would help you get sideways alot more!!

i go to a street racing meet in nashville every saturday night and i drift every saturday! its just that toyo tires are getting expensive lol!!
