Mini update, nothing special but I figured some pics cant hurt.

Had to modify the drain gasket with a razor.Drain Hose

Finally doneGReddy oil filterI believe these are 7mm bolt holes but I cant find a 3" bolt so its getting kinda futilePicked up some short 7mm yesterday so Ill try them here as well todayI think in Bumnahs setup I saw this tube was gone, can I remove it and run the heater hose directly from the other side?Window tint Peeled some off with a razorFuel pump installed

This tube was connected to the top of the old fuel pump..Im assuming I dont need it since there was nowhere for it to attatch on the new one.Just underneath here is a o-ring, that was too big I think for the assembly so I kinda ghetto fabbed itStripped the bolt for this hole, so the gasket is in the right place until here since its too big and it comes up to the hole here

That has taken up all my time this past week along with little misc crap and school. Ill update again when I feel its worthy, but hopefully this weekend I could go Apple picking...or another fruit? [hint hint]

You get a prize if you can guess what it is.

Im pretty sure thats oil deliverey, oil drain is on the bottom Im sure you know, coolant return is on the side of the turbo that would face the block when its mounted, and coolant delivery is on top I think.. lol I gotta go to school but Ill find a pic and show you when I get home tonight from class.

Im pretty sure the coolant delivery is on the backside of the turbo [as if it were mounted] and the return is on top, which doesnt make sense to me because it has to travel up...but maybe Im wrong. Ill check my lines tomorrow

hey man, i want to start by apologize for all the headache and confusion with the fuel lines, but i will not be able to ship them. When the lines were originally "sent" i had asked my father to take care of shipping since he has a truck and the lines are way too long to fit in a car. he took them and was told they couldnt ship the package because they won't accept any packaged in duct tape, so he brought it back. i misunderstood when he told me this and thought that it came back as return to sender. when i saw it had never been shipped my dad elaborated and i quickly repackaged with packing tape and went out to ship it. after checking with 3 different shipping companies the cheapest price for shipping to you was $165 so i will not be able to ship you the lines. i have refunded you the entire amount through paypal plus the $10 i think i owed you anyways when you overpaid for another item. I'm am very sorry for the inconvenience and i genuinely apologize. i don't want you to think i was pulling a fast one, and i'd like to think i've been a cooperative seller in our past transactions. good luck on fining the lines you need though.

I never thought you were ripping me off, youve been extremely helpful and great to do business with honestly. I appreciate you going out of your way with the shipping companies, now I have a question to ask--would you still ship them for me? The shipping is insane but it doesnt surprise me, even with that its cheaper than from Nissan, if you can ship them can you give me a pic first? I would of course compensate you

So more of a question update rather than a real update, but I promise big one coming soon....

Where does this nipple go off of the intake mani? This T off of the throttle body & FPR..where do I hook it up? Vaccum source I assumeWastegate nipple goes where? BOV?This setup looks stupid lol I dont think its right eitherHeater hoses go here right?or here?Problem with the throw out bearing, the center bearing which I think is the ball bearing itself clicks to one side

i don't have any pics since theyre all packaged up, but i'd still be willing to ship them if you wanted that. and your fpr goes to vac and your heater hose setup is correct even though it does look retarded, mines the same way.

I just want to make sure they are the right ones, the fuel hardlines that run along the framerail from the tank to the engine?

As promised an update...

I did some research and it seems that Exedy claims that the reason for the off center inner bearing is that when it is put under pressure it centers itself..It got dirty

trying to clean it outElbow is on, although I still need 3 more nutsGReddy garbage..the bolt sizes were 6mmx1" and the other 2 were 6mmx3"the other pipe as wellFlywheel resurfacedEngine fell....New vs. Old Rear main sealRandom pic

I started a new post hoping itll show up on the next page, but here is where my 8 hour day began, not including the first 3 hours getting the cherry picker and the extra hour or two playing with it after the Blackhawks won [CHEYAAAH!]

Installing clutch plate I got real good at installing clutch pressure platesI ended up torquing down the clutch bolts to 48 ft/lbs [THIS IS THE WRONG TORQUE] and I broke off a bolt in the flywheel, luckily I was able to run to home depot and get a punch to spin it out. Then after going to Napa, I came back with an extra bolt, well then I did the same thing AGAIN!!! Not thinking it was the torque spec but the wrench. So I had to go BACK to Napa and buy 5 more bolts just in case, at this point I did some research and decided to use thread locker, tighten in a star pattern 1-2 turns on each bolt at a time and when the pressure plate was flush I went ahead and torqued them to 25ft/lbs.

Trans questions..correct setup?^^Should the bearing have a lot of play with the fork?

Some more reading for you guys, sorry lol Well the engine was stuck leaned over and we couldnt fit it thru the door like that so we took the cherry picker apart, brought it in the house and lifted the engine up so we could use new bolts from the stand->engine. Well the clutch was on so it wouldnt fit and then I had to remove the clutch again and hook it up. Then we took the massive cherry pickre apart and put it outside and proceeded tto push the engine outside...blah blah I know-pics.

Massive cherry pickerfinagling itGet ready!dun dun dun dunHad a couple issues with the motor mounts but i worked outTightening motor mount nutsGot really stoked and took some pics

Im so happy its in!

The brake booster hose/ line goes there.

Looks really sweet man, you dropped your engine off the stand???? Ugh i hope it's alright.

The guy in the orange shirt looks like a ghost in that one pic because the lighting is really focused on him and overexposing him lol! Funny looking.

I really like the transmission color, you make me consider redoing mine into something more fun again!

IDK what kind of splitter you're talking about because I didn't read that you wanted one. Pignose lips act as a splitter somewhat, but if I were you I'd make one out of plexiglass or abs plastic.

the hardlines i have packaged are the ones from the fuel pump all the way along the frame rail up to the fuel rail. its the entire hardlines with the rubber hoses on the ends as well and most of the little clips that secure the lines. theyre pretty dirty but in perfect functioning shape. this is the best pic i could find on google images, but i know we're talking about the same lineshttp://memimage.cardomain.com/...e.jpg
