No I can't get a hold of that guy. He told me he would call next day but hasn't done so. I realize you will need the new wheels soon at the pace you're going with your build. Good job bro, I will try to find out for you again. So you want the 4x114.3 17x9 with +30 offset right?

Well heater hoses are the ones by the firewall on the right side, and coolant hoses......... I'm really not sure. Why do you ask?

Well Im assuming coolant hoses are the ones all over the engine, other than the vacuum hoses. Im replacing them and Autozone doesnt have hoses I can use nor does Home Depot

So are they interchangable?

^Still not sure but Im also wondering about PS lines, I might just go to a junkyard & pull out the PS lines from a dohc but how difficult is it to re-do these? I couldnt find any threads on it

What are you trying to replace (hoses wise)?

The hoses that run to the heater core for this conversion can be had from Carquest. I can get you the part # if you want it.

The hoses under the manifold can be had at Advance Auto. The guy took me to the back and showed me where their radiator hoses were and their regular tubing was. I took my old hoses with me, and found something similar and made it work (cut to length and shape).

Hoses under the manifold, as well as the ones behind the engine, and 2 that sit on top of the intake mani, I upload some pics in a bit.

part# from car quest to get the heater hoses:

1962819619

These are for the hoses that go from the back of the motor to your heater core (2 points on the fire wall). It's the same hoses Enuku sells for $40, but you can get 'em from Carquest for $20.

Mounted like so:

Thanks for the #s I needed them.

But see all the other hoses in that pic? lol Those are the ones Im currently lookin for, I guess what Im tryin to figure out is can I use "heater hose" where coolant will be flowing?

Take off your old hoses, and take them with you Advance or where ever.

Find a tubing similar to what you need.

The lines behind the block (small ones) can be purchased in 1' increments.

The lines under the manifold can be found in Advances radiator hose section. Again find something similar and make it work.

As you can see all can be replaced:

I spent an hour at Advance and found thing similar enough for me to use. You're gonna have to figure out for yourself, there is no exact answer. Welcome to car modification.

Yes. Your heater core uses radiator fluid to generate heat for the cabin.

Thanks, I wasnt looking for an exact answer I just wasnt sure if there was a specific type of hose I needed to use. I took all my old hoses to Autozone & wasnt sure what I needed but Ill just find some to fit.

This will give me something to do this week Ill be pulling the intake manifold and replacing the hoses underneath, as well as taking my turbo off the manifold again because I dont feel I seated the studs correctly and I dont wanna screw around with it

you're talking about converting the ps from sohc to dohc right? if so its very easy, i just did it on mine. all you have to do is undo the lines from where they go into the rack at the knuckle, right hereall you do then is hook up the dohc lines and it'll look like this

nice pile of parts btw and good choice on the bov. glad to see my parts got to you in good time, i scrolled down and was like, wtf those pieces look familiar

get ahold of didderson for the wiring of the q45 ignitor. he's rocking one. i only had that one as a spare, but since i never needed i have no idea how to wire it

frsport might have info on running the ignitor chip, and the fan controller should be easy. put the probe where you want it, and then there are 3 prongs off of the unit. iirc its labeled on it whats what
