About your oilpan Q, you should have a continuous line going around the oil pan. Make sure you go around the inside of the bolt holes. If you seardh here there should be some good pics showing what I am talking about. Good job and good luck!

Should I thread the studs into the turbo? or the manifold?

Looked at my T25 and it seems that for the turbo->manifold they can only thread into the manifold. And the gasket can only fit straight one way so that was easy.

Are there any threads on puting your turbo & stuff together? couldnt find any...

Well I used Positrons build to put my lines on, So thats taken care of. I have afew more questions though because Ive never put a turbo together before.

There are two nuts the wastegate bracket attatching the actual wastegate to the bracket and they are NOT tightened down..do they need to be?And there is a nut on the wastegate rod with threads going an inch or two in either direction-does it matter where it is?

So you where hanging around by my neighborhood huh, cool. I was at work like all day

If you are looking for Autometer Sport Comp II, I believe I could help you. I have an oil pressure gauge and forgot about the other ones. They are mechanical though. Have a total of 4 brand spanking new gauges but no boxes on them. I still have to verify if they are the ones you want. Let me know if you're interested.

About the oil pan, DaniMike is correct.

The two wastegate braket nuts, not sure but if all they do is hold the wastegate in place, I assume they do have to be tight.

I think the nut on the wastegate rod is to adjust it (boost) Look around though just to be sure.

The studs are supposed to be threaded to the exhaust manifold flange since the turbo inlet is not threaded (at least not mine) Make sure you use some good LockTite on them studs.

Hope I helped, now go have fun.

lol THANKS! That helped alot, Ill look up the wastegate stuff and see what I find. I think I am going to go with the Sport Comp II: Boost, water temp, oil pressure, & pyrometer. Then Ill get an AEM wideband. If you have them then thas awesome lol but I wont be able to buy anything off of you for a lil while because gauges are farther down on my list of things to buy [I dont even have seats!!]

Minor update for yall, got the turbo lines ON and the exhaust manifold hooked up to the turbo .

Just sittin there lookin fastcompressor inlet-green stuff? idkNow this bugged me a little bit, if you look just behind the small rounded triangle there are chips missing out of itOne side of the triangle isnt chippedThe nuts to the wastgateWater Outlet torqued in using Teflon tapeLine attatchedOil ReurnOil Inlet i think, I got confused between oil/water inlet, so I hope I put em on rightWater InletExhaust Manifold + Studs+ Gasket [only fits straight one way] Copper nuts, I could only torque ONE down..Almost done, gotta go back and tighten/check some things

Couple of questions:1) How am I supposed to torque down the rest of the copper nuts on the turbo->exhaust mani? I could barely get em with a wrench!2) Should I just tighten the lines to the attatchment that goes into the turbo down hand tight or with a wrench? How tight?3) Some please tell me I put the oil/water inlet lines in the right places lol

If I recall, there is a different type of torque wrench for jobs like those. I would just tighten them really good

For the lines you definetly want to tighten them with a wrench but not sure how much just use your best judgement.

Not sure if you put the lines correctly, but let me know when you find out. I also have those lines and need to install them in the near future

Oil Feed (note: that's the restrictor):

Oil Return is obvious.

Water feed:

Water Return:

That's the way mine is hooked up. However, it really depends on the ends. The water feed is the one that connects with a hose clamp behind the motor. The return goes to the block.

Thanks guys! No real update except I got my elbow today, and I just had a dream that it was blown up in a room w/ my test pipe so they were stuck together? Idk that was weird

On other terrible news my FULL OIL PAN [the one I use to do oil changes] was left balancing on my T shaped engine stand, which my Dad proceeded to knock over at some point and spilled all over the ground...where almost ALL of my parts were. Thankfully nothing it too badly covered except my floor. Updates this weekend after a couple exams

Oh and they sent me the fat O2 sensor hole, I asked for Skinny

I did get $20 off my next purchase though lol

Im glad you said that WC because I have a good explanation:

I am using my credit card because I want my car running and on the street in April/May, if I wait to save up all my money Ill wait til the end of August and Im moving to LA in August. Then I have to try and sell my GTP while Im 2000mi away, this way I will have my 240 running and on the road before summer begins, then I can sell my GTP which will pay off my credit card +$1300 extra if I sell it for $4k, and Im listing it for $5k [giving myself some wiggle room]. If my car doesnt sell right away I still have both cars running so I have no down time, and my summer job rakes me in $3k that I will put towards my credit card bill which will then be payed off.

BAM!!! Problem solved .I good with calculation I couldnt find a lil asian icon lol

You might think so but, things happen when you least expect them. You can never have a perfect calculation when it comes down to money
